Aqua Adjustable Harvester

The Aqua Adjustable Harvester is made specifically for Aquaponic and Hydroponic growing conditions.

Its open design is made specifically to accommodate roots from the growing medium. The infeed belt is fully adjustable between 18 - 24 or 24 - 30 inches for a range of tray sizes to be loaded for harvesting. With a fast, consistent, and clean cut, it means no bruising or tearing; allowing your harvested greens to stay fresh longer. The machine can harvest all types of baby leaf greens while comfortably fitting into your processing facility. It is ergonomically designed for use.

We recommend this size harvester for growers who are harvesting 500+ trays a day.

The Aqua Adjustable Harvester was engineered and designed for speeding up the process of harvesting a variety of baby greens. This machine has been designed to ensure your greens stay fresh and vibrant as it provides a fast, clean cut allowing your product to move to the next stage quicker.

The Harvester is ergonomically friendly and is most efficient when operated by two people. It is recommended one-person loads front the front end and the other person unloads at the back end. The trays are placed on an infeed conveyor belt and as they are harvested the greens are separated onto an incline conveyor belt. The greens are then dropped into a basket ready to be moved to the next stage of processing.
